Arizona Counterterrorism Information Center (ACTIC)
In May 2004, Governor Napolitano opened the Arizona Counterterrorism Information Center (ACTIC) as the state’s central analysis hub for real-time crime and terrorism-related intelligence and information. Today the ACTIC is staffed with more than 200 detectives, special agents, analysts and other personnel representing 34 state, local and federal agencies. ACTIC was the first state fusion center to include complete integration of the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Joint Terrorism Task Force.

InfraGard Phoenix is pleased to act as an official voice for the ACTIC, and counts several law enforcement officers, agents, and analysts assigned to the ACTIC as InfraGard members. InfraGard has disseminated ACTIC bulletins to InfraGard members and contacts, and has provided access to ACTIC personnel via the InfraGard Phoenix monthly newsletter and monthly general meetings.

Terrorism Liaison Officer (TLO) and Terrorism Vulnerability Assessment (TVA) Programs
The ACTIC TLO and TVA programs train local police and fire personnel to work in their own communities with an understanding of the ACTIC's terrorism responsibilities and capabilities.

Currently both programs conduct vulnerability assessments in conjunction with the Department of Homeland Security Protective Security Advisor for Arizona, the Arizona Department of Emergency Management, and agents of the FBI's Weapsons of Mass Destruction Program.
